Companies
The Companies window displays your Company Watchlist, which provides links to news, triggers, and other information related to the companies you are interested in.
You can also use the Companies window to search for companies in the g2 database and add them to your watchlist.
You can create or modify your Company Watchlist by clicking the Preferences tab and selecting
Company Watchlist from the Watchlist menu.
To open the Companies window, click the
Companies tab in the g2 window.
Click the name of a company in the Company Dashboard
to see more details. The Company Dashboard also provides links to the following information:
- To view all company-related triggers, click the number in the TRIGGERS column. The number tells you how many trigger events occurred in the past week.
- To view all company-related news articles, click the number in the IN NEWS column. The number tells you how many news articles appeared in the past week.
You can also search for companies using the Company Search pane. Enter as much information about the company as you can
in the input boxes and click SEARCH. The results are displayed in the SEARCH RESULTS pane. An example is shown below.
To find your connections to a company, click the connections icon 
.
To add a company to your Company Watchlist,
select the check box next to the company and click SEND TO WATCHLIST.
